Isom NeuroSolutions Foundation is a Las Vegas charitable organization dedicated to transforming how neurological care reaches individuals and families affected by autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and other forms of neurodivergence.
We believe quality care should never be limited by financial circumstance, which is why we provide low-to-no-cost treatment for patients while equipping families with the education, training, and support they need to understand and advocate for their loved ones. By addressing both clinical and educational needs, we offer a model of care that extends beyond the patient to strengthen the entire family.
Our Mission
To improve the lives of individuals and families affected by neurodivergence through accessible treatment and meaningful education.
We carry out this mission through three core pillars:
- Patient Treatment: Delivering low-to-no-cost, compassionate clinical care
- Family Education: Equipping families with the knowledge and tools to support their loved ones
- Community Access: Removing barriers that keep neurodivergent individuals from consistent care
Rather than treating financial hardship as an acceptable obstacle to health, we treat accessibility as a foundational right.
Our Vision
At Isom NeuroSolutions Foundation, we envision a future in which neurodivergence is recognized and embraced as a natural part of human diversity, not a limitation to be overcome. And a future where every patient has access to the treatment they deserve, regardless of income, and every family is empowered with the knowledge and confidence to support their neurodivergent loved ones.
Isom NeuroSolutions Foundation aspires to be a driving force behind this shift, modeling what accessible, community-centered neurological healthcare can look like. We exist to bridge the gap between the care patients need and the care they can afford, while building a more informed and supportive community around neurodivergent individuals and their families. Through our dual focus on direct treatment and family education, we’re positioned not only to provide immediate relief and support, but to contribute to a lasting cultural shift toward greater understanding, inclusion, and equity in neurological health care.
Our Founder
Rooted in Clinical Experience
Dr. Nayasha Isom
Founder, Isom NeuroSolutions Foundation
Dr. Nayasha Isom is a board-certified family medicine physician with over 15 years of clinical experience and the founder of Isom MD, a Las Vegas functional medicine practice. Through her clinical work, she developed a specialized focus on optimizing brain function in both children and adults, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, using brain mapping, neuromodulation, and metabolic optimization.
Isom NeuroSolutions Foundation was created to extend that clinical experience beyond the patients who can afford it, so that low-to-no-cost treatment and family education are available to anyone who needs them, regardless of income.
